This program follows the hypertrophy program well starting with some medium rep sets and progresses to very low rep sets.

In this program you will also be training your force-posture curve by performing a variety of movements that can contribute to increasing your maxes. This method is sought out by many powerlifters as it allows you to strengthen every range of motion to its maximum potential.

To ensure you stay healthy and don’t lose muscle mass we focus on high rep single joint movements. These ensure that your non-contractile tissues, such as your ligaments and tendons are strong and can withstand the force absorption needed to move big weight.This program will be extremely taxing and you will get very sore, but just know that after 8 weeks you will get a 2 week deload to let your body recover.

This program  includes Full Gym and Minimal Equipment options. I always recommend the Full Gym workouts to see the best results!
