What’s up, Savages! Eric Leija here and I’m excited to be sharing with you my new hypertrophy program. This program is great for beginners and advanced level lifters. If this is the first program you’ve followed, then we will be focusing on a base level of volume to help prepare you for the rest of your fitness journey. If you have a solid background in training, great, this will help to increase lean muscle mass and help you get shredded.

The initial phase of this program is designed around performing the main compound movements with lower repetition sets and creating time under tension. This is done by focusing on eccentrics and isometrics. Once this accumulation phase is finished then we proceed with a German volume training based program by performing a significantly more amount of sets and reps with a lower percentage.

This program is 10 total weeks, 8 weeks of work and 2 weeks of De-load work at the end. It also includes Full Gym and Minimal Equipment options. I always recommend the Full Gym workouts to see the best results!
