If you want to break a sweat, get worked from head-to-toe with full body HIIT workouts, and completely transform your fitness and physique in 30 minutes or less, then this programs for you!

This Double Kettlebell Shred Program combines my go to-double kettlebell complexes, circuits and flows into fast-paced, high-intensity, full-length follow-along workouts!

Each workout is around 30 minutes long where I get after it right beside you from start to finish. All you have to do is press play and MOVE! Additionally each workout incluedes a warm up and decompression cool down to help you prime and recover for each workout.

This 4-week program is designed to be performed with minimal equipment, so all you’ll need is one pair of moderate-weight kettlebells and a couple of resistance bands for the whole program.

How Is It Possible To Shred With So Little Equipment?

Because I programmed the workouts to get progressively more intense from week to week with added resistance using bands! AND, if you have an arsenal of kettlebells, you can also add progressive overload by using heavier weights if you’d like!

You can use this program to train 3 to 5 days per week, depending on your schedule. It includes:

  • 3 Total-Body Kettlebell HIIT Workouts Per Week.
  • 2 Days Per Week Consisting of Bodyweight, Mobility, and Kettlebell Power Workouts.
  • Daily Mobility Warm Ups & Decompression Cool Downs to Help You Prime and Recover For Each Workout.

This keeps you moving strong throughout the program!

Although each workout is meant to be knocked out in 20 to 30 minutes, I also Include the option of adding supplemental 10 to15 minute warm-ups and cooldowns to each workout so you can get primed to perform before every workout and recover strong after every session!

Are the workouts follow-along or are they just demonstration videos?

All of the workouts in this program are FULL LENGTH workout videos. I include timers on the screen so you can stay on it and know how much and when to work and rest! All you need to do is press play and get it done!

Do I lose access to the workouts after 4 weeks?

You have LIFETIME access to the workouts! This means you can complete the program in 4 weeks or take your time getting through it or even repeat the program as many times as you would like!

What equipment is needed for this program?

All you need is 2 kettlebells of the same size. I recommend using two moderate sized kettlebells. You’ll also need 2 to 3 long resistance bands (41 inches) of varying resistance that is appropriate for you. Every manufacturer has different colors and estimated weight resistance, but aim to get one light (15 to 30 pounds of tension), one moderate (30 to 90 lbs resistance), and one heavy (50 to 125 lbs resistance) resistance band.

Novice Female: 4 to 8 kilogram kettlebells
Novice Male: 12 to 20 kilogram kettlebells

Advanced Female: 12 to 16 kilogram kettlebells

How long is the Double Kettlebell Shred Program?

The Double Kettlebell Shred Program is designed to be completed in 4 weeks. There are 15 unique workouts that you will complete while training 3 to 5 days a week.

How do I access the workouts? Are they a PDF?

This program includes workout videos but I also include a PDF that has the workouts written out for you.

The workout videos are accessible using my Primal Fit App, available for iOS and Android!

Who is this program for?

This program is built for anyone who wants to get in a calorie torching workout in 30 minutes or less. Great for busy people, BUT workouts are also able to be adjusted to be longer by adding bonus mobility warm ups and decompression cool down videos. This will create 45 to 60 minute long workouts if you desire!

What shoes should I wear?

I recommend wearing flat sole shoes or going barefoot. You want to feel grounded with a better connection to the floor. I love wearing Vivobarefoot shoes.
