I launched this full follow-along kettlebell program to give anyone the ability to train like I do, anywhere and anytime, using just one kettlebell. Who is this program for?

This program is built for anyone who wants to get in a calorie torching workout in 30-45 minutes or less. Great for busy people and for those who have minimum equipment. Workouts also include my highly recommended, but optional mobility warm ups and decompression cool down videos. This will create 45 to 60 minute long workouts if you desire!

What equipment is needed for this program?

All you need is a single kettlebell! I recommend using a moderate sized kettlebell. 

Are the workouts follow-along or are they just demonstration videos?

All of the workouts in this program are FULL LENGTH follow along workout videos. I’ll give you cues in the workouts so you can stay on track and know when to work or rest! All you need to do is press play and get it done!

Do I lose access to the workouts after 6 weeks?

You have LIFETIME access to the workouts! This means you can complete the program in 6 weeks or take your time getting through it or even repeat the program as many times as you would like!
