Is Increasing Hypertrophy Really
Possible In 8 Weeks?

Adding muscle and increasing size in two months is definitely a reasonable goal if you have the right blueprint. Does that mean you’re going to pack on an extra 20 to 30 pounds in this timeframe? Likely not. BUT, you can expect gain and size increase – much more than you would slinging weights and hoping to get a little mass out of it! This program utilizes a combination of a unique time-under-tension model, compound movements with low-rep sets, eccentrics, isometrics, and German volume-based training.

I’ve spent years tinkering and tweaking this formula, and personally run through this program to pack on size when needed!
