The 8-Week Strength program follows a method sought out by powerlifters for its ability to help you maximize your strength potential through all ranges of motion.

It is based around the “big 3” lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift in order to help you increase your maxes while improving force absorption. In short, this is a killer, science-backed method for strength gains that may leave you worked … but it’s worth it!

Along with epic strength programming, this program also features something that is KEY to success: an At-Home Version AND a Full-Gym Version.

Training for strength takes consistency above all. Using my app, you can toggle between these two versions if you need to, which gives you the ultimate flexibility and consistency to stick to your workouts, no matter where you are.

The Full Gym Version is the one I recommend for maximum results, since you’ll have access to a range of equipment and challenging exercises, as well as targeted exercises that can amplify strength in specific areas. However, the At Home Version can also help you gradually build strength at home or on the go, and is super efficient to use on days when you can’t make it to the gym.

How Will I Increase My Strength?

This program utilizes a method that is sought out by powerlifters for its effectiveness. An aspect of this method we focus on is training your force-posture curve, which allows you to strengthen every range of motion to its maximum potential. In turn, this can contribute to increasing your maxes.

We’ll also focus on high-rep single joint movements to ensure your tendons and ligaments are strong enough to withstand the force absorption required to move heavy weight. Alongside this, I’ve focused the program around the “big 3” lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift, that major powerlifters compete in to illustrate their strength.

The Strength program is great for the beginner, intermediate, or advanced athletes looking to increase strength and maxes … but it isn’t for the faint of heart. This program will be extremely taxing on your muscles, but rest assured, your 8 weeks of training will be followed by 2 deload weeks necessary for maximum muscle growth and recovery.

I recommend having access to a full gym for best results with this program, but you can also choose a minimal equipment option that uses kettlebells, a pull-up bar, a steel club and bands for at-home sessions.
