Is Adding Mass Really Possible In 8 Weeks?

Adding lean slabs of muscle in just 8 weeks is truly possible with the right hypertrophy formula. Here, that formula is a combination of a unique time-under-tension model, compound movements with low-rep sets, eccentrics, isometrics, and German volume-based training.
