Who is The Program For?
This Shredding Program is for anyone who is ready to get lean and mean without having to go through the same boring routines most of us have been exposed to.
I remember digging through the Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding as a teenager. They worked, but man were they boring.
I was able to achieve a physique that most would consider “in shape” with these tried and tested bodybuilding routines.
I remember moving to a new school in 8th grade and walking into class: everyone looked at me with a bewildered look in their eyes. They called me “roids” because I had muscles that no one else had.
I was proud of my physical achievements but my adolescent glory was quickly destroyed after I started training jiu jitsu and kickboxing.
Everyone in the gym had their way with me. My classmates in jiu jitsu mopped the floor with me and my partners in striking class tore me apart.
I thought I was in shape but my aesthetic physique wasn’t functional.
I quickly looked to the training my peers were doing to train for combat and boy was it a whole other beast than what I was used too. They used kettlebells, sledgehammers, slam balls, and ran a whole lot!
They trained for the real world chaos of their sport. They programmed their strength and conditioning to mimic the unpredictable nature of their fights.
They trained in various positions, angles, and worked on speed, footwork, agility, power, and mental fortitude.
It’s in training with MMA fighters that I learned to conquer my inner quit, my inner weak self that lived in constant fear of
“I’m not good enough”
“I don’t belong here”
“This isn’t for me”
I learned to accept defeat and learn from my failures.
I learned that my traditional training in the sagittal plane wasn’t cutting it: moving weights up and down in my bench press, squat, and deadlift were making me maximally strong in those lifts but not in the real world, not when someone with the same grit and will to win was coming at me 100% from all angles and levels. This is when I was exposed to kettlebells and unconventional training.
Combining unconventional tools with traditional weightlifting has allowed me to reach a new level of strength and conditioning as well as to attain a physique of an athlete.

This program can be performed most effectively in a full gym or box gym with access to barbells and dumbbells.
I also provide kettlebell and bodyweight alternatives to most equipment not found at home so that you can still get after it with minimal equipment.
