My 12 Week Primal Body Program is designed to help you build muscle, while staying lean and mobile. In combination with a comprehensive nutrition guide included with this program, the diet guide alongside my workout programing allows you to focus on building lean muscle mass.

I combine traditional bodybuilding routines with my go to kettlebell and bodyweight mobility work for a complete program that will get you looking like a Greek God while moving like a Ninja!

This is a 12 week program broken up into three separate 4 week blocks in which you’ll be training 4 to 6 days a week. Workouts combine barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, and other equipment you would find in a commercial gym.

This is a 12 week program broken up into three separate 4 week blocks in which you’ll be training 4 to 6 days a week. Workouts combine barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, and other equipment you would find in a commercial gym.

Starting in weeks 1 to 4 I’m going to help you build from the ground up. Your days in this block will be focusing on full body strength and bodybuilding workouts mixed in with some kettlebell and bodyweight work to make sure you stay loose and limber.

Weeks 1-4:

During weeks 5 to 8 we will crank it up and vary the intensity with heavy, moderate and light days divided into a traditional bodybuilding split: Upper Body, Lower Body, and Arms & Abs mixed in on in between days. The mobility and kettlebell work is built into every workout during this block to help keep you mobile while still being able to get in enough volume to stimulate muscle growth!

Weeks 5-8:

Finally, in weeks 9 to 12 we finish strong and perform another split where we give more attention to isolating muscle groups to further stimulate muscle gains. This block features workouts for Chest & Back, Legs, and Shoulders & Arms.

Weeks 9-12:

The purpose of this program is to help you reach your aesthetic goals while maintaining optimal performance by including mobility and recovery work in every workout! I want to be sure you’re making gains while staying injury free!

I include a full nutrition guide with supplement recommendations and a sample day meal plan so you can learn to get your nutrition dialed in. The workouts in this program are designed for both shredding and bulking. Just read and implement the proper nutrition based on your goal (explained in the nutrition guide) and this program will double as both a shredding and lean bulking program. Just perform them on separate 12-week cycles.
