Who is this program for?
My 12 Week Primal Body Program is designed to help you build muscle, while staying lean and mobile. In combination with a comprehensive nutrition guide included with this program, the diet guide alongside my workout programing allows you to focus on building lean muscle mass.
What equipment is needed for this program?
Workouts combine barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, and other equipment you would find in a commercial gym.
Do I lose access to the workouts after 12 weeks?
You have LIFETIME access to the workouts! This means you can complete the program in 12 weeks or take your time getting through it or even repeat the program as many times as you would like!
WHAT SHOES SHOULD I WEAR?
I recommend wearing flat sole shoes or going barefoot. You want to feel grounded with a better connection to the floor. I love wearing Vivobarefoot shoes.
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?
The program is designed to be completed in 12 weeks.
This is a 12 week program broken up into three separate 4 week blocks in which you’ll be training 4 to 6 days a week.
Each workout should last about 45 minutes to an hour.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE WORKOUTS? IS THERE A PDF INCLUDED?
This program includes workout videos but I also include a PDF that has the workouts written out for you.
The workout videos are accessible using my Primal Fit App, available for iOS and Android!
