8 Week Single Kettlebell Video Program
I launched this single kettlebell program to give anyone the ability to train like I do anywhere and anytime with the use of just one kettlebell. I want to show that you can get a challenging workout that is both fun and effective with just a kettlebell and bodyweight training. These programs are a great way to mix up your training. Helping you add new stimulus to your routine so that you can see new results and push through plateaus. The goal of using different tools to achieve common goals in training will show you that you don’t have to do the same tired techniques over and over.
I want you to see that movements you are familiar with can become more challenging and can add even more to your results with the use of different tools. Each tool offers something new and not only conditions your nervous system to adapt to more but it also allows you to explore new ranges of motion that you probably didn’t know you had or have been neglecting. Using these different programs with different tools will help you access and activate more of your body. It will help you assess and identify weaknesses and strengths. Allowing you to feel what it is you need to work on to get better and what you are already strong in so that you can use that to perform at your highest level.
About The Program?
This 8 week single kettlebell program is broken up into 10 workouts scheduled out for 8 weeks. There are 4 workouts focused on muscle building and toning, 4 workouts for cardio and conditioning, and 2 workouts focused on mobility and durability.
Each workout will be performed multiple times throughout the 8 weeks. I have arranged the workouts in such a way as to help you train hard but also recover strong so that you can continue to see results throughout the whole program while minimizing the negative adaptations of training.
Some workouts are upper body focused, some lower body, and some full body. I have included some of my favorite training tactics to help vary the intensity of your workouts without having to go heavier in weight or train for longer periods of time.
My goal with this program is to help anyone get a safe and effective workout anywhere, anytime.
Who is The Program For?
This kettlebell program is for anyone who wants to get a challenging and effective workout with just one kettlebell and their bodyweight. One of the biggest excuses we make is that we don’t have time to drive to the gym. Or that we are tired and bored of doing the same routines we’ve always done. This program will show you a new way to move so that you can mix it up and provide your system with new training stimulus that will help you push past plateaus and get you excited to train again.
Why I Built The Program?
I built this program because I believe that kettlebells are one of the most versatile and accessible tools out there. I have personally reaped the gains and reward from kettlebell training in my own workouts as well as with my clients. You can do anything with a kettlebell. You can build strength, tone muscle, burn calories, torch fat, increase conditioning, improve mobility and durability. You can do anything because it is just a weight with a handle on it. The only thing limiting you is your imagination. I hope that this program will shine light on the many possibilities of kettlebell training.

You will see the techniques that are able to be done with kettlebells. Most people think kettlebell are only good for swings, snatches, carries. You will see that the possibilities are limitless. You are only limited by your imagination. You will experience a new way move, to train and to challenge you body so that in can grow and learn to move in new ranges of motion that will help you gain more in areas you are already strong in while allowing you to feel new positions and ranges that you can strengthen and become a well rounded mover and athlete.
These techniques are a combination of many different styles of training i have experienced in my career, from martial arts like wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, and striking to bodybuilding, and traditional strength and conditioning. I believe that if you train like an athlete then you will perform and look like one too.
Where Can You Do This Program?
This kettlebell program can be performed anywhere. All you need is a little bit of free space to move around in. This program will highlight the ease at which you can get an effective workout in. No more excuses like you don’t have the time to drive to the gym when you can get it in right at home.
What’s Needed For The Program?
All you’ll need to complete this program is a single kettlebell and your own bodyweight to get a kickass workout. Feel free to use more than one size kettlebell if you want to but it is not necessary. You’ll also need focused intent. Make sure you practice mindful movement and reps to get the most out of this program.
