ERIC LEIJA

Eric Leija is a Senior Kettlebell Specialist at the Onnit Academy who has been mastering kettlebells and bodyweight movement for over seven years.

FRANCHESKA MARTINEZ

Francheska Martinez is a movement specialist with a background in dance and stretch therapy who specializes in bodyweight training, specifically Animal Flow.

Enter The Flow is a 5 hour workshop that is designed to equip you with all the tools needed to begin mastering your kettlebell and bodyweight flow technique. This two-part kettlebell course uses both kettlebells and bodyweight training to reinforce the fundamental principles of mindful mechanics, breath work, and creativity.

  To have a better understanding of mindful mechanics
  Learn how to build a bulletproof mind-body connection
  Refining your fundamental kettlebell technique
  How to unlock your potential as a bodyweight athlete
  How to combine kettlebells with bodyweight training

5-HOUR WORKSHOP OUTLINE

1st Hour – Group Intro & Joint Mobility Warm-Up

2nd Hour – Bodyweight Flow Basics

3rd Hour – Kettlebell Basics

4th Hour– Explosive Training Basics / Steel Mace Basics (Dependent on Guest Trainer)

5th HourTeam Up Create a Flow & Decompression Cooldown

12:00 PM – Bodyweight Flow Basics

1:00 PM – Kettlebell Basics

2:00 PM – Explosive Training Basics

WHAT WILL YOU TAKE AWAY?

By the end of the kettlebell course, you should know how to create your own flows, how to properly wield the kettlebell, and how to unlock your athletic potential through flowing. All workshop attendees will also receive a Enter The Flow workshop completion certificate and a free t-shirt.
