Will I receive an order and/or a shipping confirmation email?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed on our website.

If your order requires shipping you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information within 24-48 hours from the time your order was received if your order requires shipping.

What to do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined please double check and verify the name, billing address, and zip code. If your payment is declined again please contact us by email, chat, or on social media!

Shipping Policy

If your order requires shipping, once it has shipped, cannot be held responsible if the customer does not request a signature to release the package or has given us the incorrect shipping information.

We’re not able to give delivery directions to UPS/FEDEX or USPS when delivering your package, if you cannot be home to receive your package please submit an address where someone can sign for it or send it to your local Kinkos or FedEx pick-up/drop-off location.

Estimated Shipping Time & Costs

If your order requires shipping and you’re shipping within the U.S. we estimate 2-3 business days from the day your order is processed and fulfilled. We’re now offering FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $80, and a flat rate of $10 for shipping on U.S. orders under $80 dollars.

For international shipping, we estimate 7-30 business days from the day your order is fulfilled, depending on which country the order is being shipped to. We’re now offering international shipping at a FLAT RATE of $20.

International Orders – Duties, Taxes & Import Fees is a United States based company. International customers purchasing from our website are required to be aware of and prepared for any import duties, taxes, or fees that are subject to the importation of physical goods purchased on our website by their country.

These fees are regulated by the customs and border control agencies within the destination country and are unfortunately out of our hands.

If your package is returned due to non-payment of import fees your shipping charge may not be refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Refund Policy

Returns & Replacements – We guarantee 100% satisfaction

We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to be thrilled with their purchase. This is the reason for the “Eric Leija 100% Money-Back Guarantee”. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the unused item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order (15 -days for digital content). Shipping costs for the return will be covered by the customer unless the item was defective or if the wrong item was shipped.

– Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
– A $5.00 processing fee will be added to any returns
– Items must be in new, resalable condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable and all merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
– If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund or store credit for your returned merchandise instead. We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible
-Select products are subject to a processing and or re-stocking fees upon returns.

We are confident you will get what you pay for and more. If you feel we have failed to meet our commitment or If for WHATEVER reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase of made on email [email protected] and we’ll offer a 100% money back guarantee on any unopened or unused products within 30 days of the order date (15-days for digital). On digital content no more than 50% of the content can be viewed in order to qualify for the refund.

All policy information applies to purchases made directly through Refund requests for purchases made via third-party retailers and/or affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.
