Workout Day: October 30, 2018 | Focus: Full Body Strength Workout: Barbell Bench Press & Squat

The focus of this workout is strength and mass training with both a barbell squat and barbell bench press. Use a moderately heavy weight that is challenging for 8 to 12 reps. The auxiliary work and finisher are kettlebell and bodyweight-based to help you get some challenging full body conditioning to help you leave the workout feeling hyped and pumped! Let’s get it!
