This workouts focus is the barbell squat. Use moderate weight for high reps. 8 to 12 reps every set. Use the explosive step ups to help with activation. Use maximum effort in every rep of the explosive step up. Try a challenging weight for the finisher with the double kettlebell clean to squat. Finish strong!
