Workout Day: December 29, 2018 | Strength: Full body

This workout is all about hitting the full body with some of my favorite barbell lifts. Each barbell lift is combined with a mobility exercise to help you recover strong in between sets. Make sure you breathe through tension and stay mobile in between sets with the mobility drills so you go back in strong and ready for every set. Lets get it in!
