I have been exploring kettlebell/bodyweight programs for a few years now, and stumbled upon the Primal One during Onnits KB program. This program feels like an extension/addition to Onnits. It gives you the tools you need to create a great program and he gives very clear, concise directions for each exercise.

These workouts can be as easy or tough as you need them to be.

I’ve been working out for 20 years. Learning how you actually use kettlebells the right way, the way that Eric Leija teaches, has shown me to be the most beneficial method of workout that I’ve ever used. From TRX, P90X, and heavy lifting the kettlebell flows and complexes gives me the power, mobility, and cardio work that I need!

I got this course because I needed something different and I despise cardio machines. This course has reinvigorated my love for exercise and now I never want to miss a workout. Eric Leija is the truth for sure

I’m no professional athlete or a personal trainer, I just work out to stay active and healthy. However I’ve worked out for the better part of my life and this workout is absolutely brutal. It’s almost as if you think you’re going to get crushed doing it each time but each time, I somehow find a way to push through it and crush the workout itself. I like Eric’s teaching style as well.

I'm a PT in the UK and bought this course as an addition to my kettlebell qualification here, to learn more about flows and sequencing of workouts in particular.
I actually ended up gaining a lot more from this course, the warm up mobility and decompression movements alone have been a game changer + a number of new moves and an interesting difference in style. Excellent course! Bravo!

The Primal Kettlebell Course (PKC) was very informative and the videos were easy to follow along with. I've been using KBs for varying exercises for a while but not anywhere as in-depth as with this course. I look forward to building more complexes and flows with KBs into my programming as well as just using KBs exclusively at times (variation is key!). This was definitely worth it!

Ive never used kettlebells in my routines until this course and i must say i really enjoyed it. I look forward to implementing the knowledge from this course with my training and my clients

This course was perfect. A foundational knowledge on kettlebells, and how to use them, all the way to movements broken down so well, any one could learn them. I had followed Eric on instagram for quite a while trying to mimic flows he would post, and eventually, I wanted to have the knowledge to put together my own, and really learn the possibilities of the kettlebell.
