The Primal Kettlebell Course (PKC) was very informative and the videos were easy to follow along with. I've been using KBs for varying exercises for a while but not anywhere as in-depth as with this course. I look forward to building more complexes and flows with KBs into my programming as well as just using KBs exclusively at times (variation is key!). This was definitely worth it!
This course was perfect. A foundational knowledge on kettlebells, and how to use them, all the way to movements broken down so well, any one could learn them. I had followed Eric on instagram for quite a while trying to mimic flows he would post, and eventually, I wanted to have the knowledge to put together my own, and really learn the possibilities of the kettlebell.
This course is prepared in a very professional way. The videos are of a great quality, easy to comprehend and follow and lessons are logically structured. It's quite enjoyable to go through that. New things are build on the basis formerly put step by step. I can see Erik's real passion and heart poured into this course as well as the whole fitness mission he's doing.

Great course that provides a solid foundation for anyone who wants to utilize kettlebells in their workouts. Excellent breakdown and explanation of the major foundational movements. Highly recommend this course for anyone knew to kettlebells or anyone needing a refresher.
I was looking for a challenge. Primal yet methodical, this kicked my ass in a good way. Definitely hit that warm up and cool down. What I gained during the process was better posture, grip strength, endurance (as well as muscular endurance), and more knowledge for my mobility drills bank hah. Generally 55-70mins depending on your rest. I tried my best to keep it 1:1. Great program.
