Who is this program for?

This program is designed for anyone looking to simultaneously build strength and improve their conditioning, whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced athlete. If you’re after a varied workout routine that avoids plateaus, offers 6 days of workouts per week, and even provides nutritional guidance, this is the program for you.

What equipment is needed for this program?

For the best results, full gym access is recommended to take advantage of a wide range of equipment and challenging exercises.

However, a minimal equipment version using kettlebells and bands is also available for at-home workouts.

Do I lose access to the workouts after 8 weeks?

No, you get lifetime access to the program once you purchase it, allowing you to repeat the program as many times as you’d like!

If you purchase via the subscription, then access will only be granted as long as you remain subscribed to the Primal Fit App.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, you can start with a 14-day free trial through the Primal Fit App. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

WHAT KETTLEBELL WEIGHT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Novice Female: 4 to 8 kilogram kettlebells
Novice Male: 12 to 20 kilogram kettlebells

Advanced Female: 12 to 16 kilogram kettlebells
Advanced Male: 16 to 24 kilogram kettlebells

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

The program is designed to be completed in 10 weeks. There are 20+ hours of unique workouts that you will complete while training 6 days a week.

The main program runs for 8 weeks, followed by 2 weeks to de-load!

HOW DO I ACCESS THE WORKOUTS? IS THERE A PDF INCLUDED?

This program includes workout videos but I also include a PDF that has the workouts written out for you.

The workout videos are accessible using my Primal Fit App, available for iOS and Android!
