Bent Over Rows

Come into a wide stance and hold the kettlebell inside your knees. Hinge at the hips and maintain a straight back and tight core. Pull both kettlebells up, engaging your lats and mid back, keep your elbows tight to your ribs. Pull your elbows up and back towards your hips and imagine as if you’re trying to pinch your elbows together behind your back to get an extra squeeze.
