1.11 Day 7 Active Recovery Day

On active recovery days I like to go hiking or walking outdoors or go hangout by the pool and enjoy a light swim. Basically any form of light physical activity to get your body moving and dusting off some of the Cobb Webb’s of the precious days training. You can also perform a bodyweight mobility and durability workout that consists of active stretches to help you recover strong in between hard training days.
