This daily workout focuses on strengthening your upper body. You will learn to properly perform several different push and pull exercises using body weight and other fitness tools like kettlebells and suspension rings. Prior to the core workout, you will be guided through a joint mobility sequence and a movement preparation circuit follows along to help loosen up your muscles and joints.
Once you complete the 3 core circuits you will be guided through a full body kettlebell finisher complex. To finish off your workout you will follow Eric as he walks you through one of his favorite decompression & cool down routines designed to help your body properly decompress after a strenuous workout. This can help reduce soreness and prevent future injuries.
