Workout Overview | Start Today’s Workout:September 17, 2019 | Strength Workout #2: Chest and Shoulders

The focus in this workout is the overhead press with a barbell and incline dumbbell bench press! Grind through the work and get your chest and shoulders lit up! I also through in some squats, pulldowns and jump rope in the finisher to round it out and get you feeling a full body pump.
