Workout Day: October 5, 2018 | Focus: Kettlebell & Bodyweight, Upper Body Push/Pull

The focus for today is upper body with a full body finisher. I combine pressing and pulling movements to get a serious upper body pump. Use moderately heavy weights that you can use for 8-12 reps. For the finisher work hard and try to finish as many rounds as possible with little rest; but quality reps.
