Workout Day: October 29, 2018 | Focus: Full body kettlebell and body weight, strength, and conditioning

The focus of this workout is bodyweight conditioning with mobility! Each circuit combines a high intensity move, to help hype up your nervous system, with a slow and controlled movement to force you to really be mindful of your mechanics and learn how to spend time under tension while using your breath to bring your heart rate down. Be mindful of the accessory movements in the circuits to help you work on your mobility in between sets!
