Workout Day: October 27, 2018 | Focus: Bodyweight Strength, Power, Speed, Mobility

The focus for today’s workout is bodyweight only. Each main circuit combines a bodyweight strength exercise with an explosive bodyweight exercise to build power! Be sure to focus on the mobility and movement prep circuit to get you primed and ready to go all out on your power sets. Also, be mindful of creating full body tension during the strength exercises to get the most bang for your buck. Good luck!
