Workout Day: October 1, 2018 | Focus: Full Body Kettlebell & Bodyweight

In this workout, we combine kettlebell and bodyweight techniques to help get a full body pump. Use the squats and lunges to help get those legs full of blood and moving to help assist in recovery from our last barbell squat workout. Work hard during the circuits with quality form and take plenty of rest in between sets so you can be ready to put forth maximum effort every set. Enjoy the full body work and let's crush it!
