Workout Day: November 19, 2018 | Full Body

This workout is a full body barbell workout to get you feeling right from head to toe! We kick it off with some high rep barbell squats and kettlebell presses then crush some barbell floor presses with some kettlebell cleans and lunges! This workout is challenging so take your time in between sets and exercises to hit quality reps! Let’s get after it!
