Workout Day: January 18, 2019 | Lower body focus

This strength and conditioning workout is primarily geared to hitting the legs but incorporates some full body and upper body movements to keep you feeling right and well rounded. Each circuit is designed to be performed with max effort in every exercise with plenty of rest in between rounds. Perform exercises with minimal rest in between transitions but before moving on to a new round make sure you are recovered enough to give your best effort every set. Crush it and quality reps only.
