Workout Day: February 7, 2019 | Back Day

This workout is designed to target the posterior! Hamstrings, lats, and glutes! We kick it off with some barbell bent over rows and then pull ups, kettlebell swings and much more! Make sure you keep a strong core throughout these movements and try not to overextend your low back to prevent low back pain. Let’s crush it.
