This workout is going to challenge your work capacity while seriously hitting the FULL body. Push yourself hard during the work but recover strong in between the sets. You get plenty of rest in between sets in most of the circuits to challenge your recovery speed and ability to go max effort every set. If you need extra time that’s cool but try and do your best to keep up. You got this!
