Workout Day: December 3, 2018 | Strength: Upper Body

This workout is designed to be performed in a full gym setting or somewhere that you have access to a barbell for the bench press as well as kettlebells. The focus for this workout is to hit the upper body by using the bench press, pull ups and kettlebell presses to get you feeling right. Have fun. Practice quality reps and lets get it!
