Workout Day: December 10, 2018 | #2 Strength: Back Day

This workout is designed to be performed in a full gym setting or somewhere you have access to a barbell for the barbell bent over row. I also combined some kettlebell and bodyweight exercises to help you get in a full body workout while focusing on hitting the posterior/back hard. The primary work set if VERY tough so if you have to decrease the prescribed sets try and do it for the cleans and pull ups while maintaining the volume of the rows. Let crush it!
