Workout Day: August 14, 2019 | Focus: Bodyweight Strength, Power, Speed, & Mobility

The focus of today’s workout is bodyweight only. Each main circuit combines a bodyweight strength exercise with an explosive bodyweight exercise to build power! Be sure to focus on the mobility and movement prep circuit to get you primed and ready to go all out on your power sets. Workout Day: January 6, 2020 | Strength Workout #3: Shoulders and Back

The focus for today’s workout is to hit the shoulders hard early with the barbell overhead split stance press and then keep it going with heavy strict presses later in the workout. I balanced out al the pushing with pulls like pulldown and presses to keep your back working strong! Crush the delt raises and wide grip pulldowns at the end to leave the gym with a nice upper body pump! Lets go!

Workout Day: January 9, 2020 | Strength Workout #2: Rack Pulls and Push

Today’s main lift is the barbell rack pull. Treat this lift similar to the deadlift but at an elevated position. You can use adjustable bars on a squat rack to elevate your bar or use olympic plates to elevate your barbell, just make sure your barbell comes up just below your knees. Go heavy on the rack pulls and then also use challenging weight on the floor press and other lifts but make sure you’re able to maintain quality form in all lifts! Finish strong with the kettlebell flow! Work hard for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds! Lets get it!

Workout Day: January 13, 2020 | Strength Workout #1: Squats and Back

This workout is going to get you primed and ready with the barbell back squat but then really get you worked with all the pulls so your leave the gym with a serious back pump! Go moderately heavy on the squats (about 70% of your one rep max) and get ready for the 10 grueling sets of work coupled with the pull ups to keep your upper body strong and ready to posture up for the squats. Finish strong with the arm finisher and try and hit the full 100 reps of biceps and triceps! Have fun killas!
